If you purchased a VIP ticket and did not receive your included shirt, request shipping here. One shirt per VIP ticket. Separately purchased merchandise is not eligible through this form.

Use the email address from your VIP order. We’ll send a private verification link before collecting your mailing address.

Your recipient name, mailing address and shirt request are saved for shipping and included in KavaCon’s fulfillment spreadsheet, which is accessible to anyone with its link. Need to correct an address after submitting? Contact shellsup@kavacon.com with your claim ID.
