Client review draft. KavaCon 2026 is planned as a 2-day September 2026 event at Wyndham I-Drive Avanti Resort & Conference Center. Published ticket prices are launch prices for the first 45 days tickets are on sale: General Admission $25 then $35, and VIP $65 then $75. Vendor levels are Bronze $500, Silver $1,500, Gold $2,500, and Title $5,000. Tickets and vendor packages are subject to availability, event updates, and the final refund, transfer, cancellation, and payment terms approved before launch.
