KavaCon Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Ticket Delivery

All KavaCon tickets are delivered electronically.

Tickets are emailed to the email address provided during checkout. Most tickets are delivered immediately upon successful payment but may take up to 24 hours to arrive.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Tickets may also be accessed through your event account if applicable.

No physical tickets will be mailed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

KavaCon is not responsible for tickets sent to incorrectly entered email addresses.

Each ticket contains a unique QR code that will be scanned upon entry.

Lost or deleted tickets may be reissued upon verification of the original purchaser's identity.

Tickets are valid only for the event date(s) purchased and may not be duplicated, copied, or resold in violation of KavaCon's Terms of Service.
