KavaCon Ticket Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
By purchasing a ticket to KavaCon, you acknowledge and agree that all ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued except as expressly stated below.
No Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:
Change of plans Inability to attend Scheduling conflicts Illness or medical emergencies Transportation delays Flight cancellations Hotel issues Weather conditions Acts of God Natural disasters Government restrictions Speaker cancellations Programming or schedule changes Venue changes within the same metropolitan area Personal emergencies Partial attendance Failure to appear Removal from the event due to violations of event policies
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual up to 7 calendar days before the event by submitting a transfer request to KavaCon Support.
Ticket transfers are subject to verification and approval.
Event Cancellation
If KavaCon cancels the event and does not reschedule it, purchasers will be offered either:
A credit toward a future KavaCon event, or A refund, at KavaCon's sole discretion.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date and will not be eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for reasons covered under this policy. Any chargeback determined to be inconsistent with these Terms may result in the cancellation of current and future ticket purchases.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
