Privacy Policy

KavaCon collects the contact, vendor, sponsor, volunteer, newsletter, and ticket information you submit so the event team can respond, manage leads, process orders, send updates, and operate the event. Admin access is handled through Supabase. If payments are enabled, card entry is handled by the approved NMI gateway and KavaCon does not store raw card numbers. Contact shellsup@kavacon.com for privacy questions or data update/removal requests. Final legal approval is still required before public launch.
